At the start of any new relationship we look at the objectives, the scope of work, the time available, and the resources required to meet the objectives in time.
Our remuneration is primarily driven by these parameters and how the client would like to engage our services.
Usually, we take projects where fees are equal to, or upwards of ₹ 2 Lakhs for an engagement of 6 weeks or less.
Sometimes the relationships may need to be structured in phases to accomplish specific objectives within a defined period of time. In our experience each phase usually lasts between 3 – 9 months and often represents an investment in the range of ₹ 6 Lakhs – ₹ 24 lakhs.
